Wow! It has been a really long time since my last post. I apologize for the significant gap between posts but it’s the summer and sometimes the cottage and relaxation is calling out to you.
This summer also means weddings. I have four of them to attend in just four months! For every wedding a different dress must be worn because the same group of people will be in attendance. Oh what is a girl to do? I guess I have to go out and buy a new dress, or two or three, right? Ladies, am I in the wrong here? When you have a new social function to go to but it seems like you have nothing to wear, or everything is out of date.
For a late June wedding I decided to go with a light and natural “earthy” dress as I like to call it because it had a lot of taupe, grey, brown and beige.
I picked up a simple yet romantic Covet Casablanca maxi dress from a cute little boutique called Clothing of the People when I was in Vancouver in the spring. You can also find Covet in Toronto at LIV by AU LIT on Eglinton West or in Montreal at Boutique Fly among many other locations.
